There are four main reasons why the people with low incomes do not have decent housing:

• lack of access to credit
  


• lack of offers in their price range


• lack of job opportunities


• lack of suitable land with public services infrastructure

The Foundation FUVAALwas formed by a group of professionals who are concerned about the development, design and execution of policies  and programs of  social interest housing.
